The hostel - restaurant Remigio is a real classic in Tudela. In its traditional, very old wooden dining room, the Salcedo family has been offering, for more than thirty years, a high quality home made cooking, with dishes that fuss over the ingredients respecting their authenticity. On its varied menu, the season vegetables of "la Ribera" allotments are always included, besides meats, fish and seafood. The hostel rooms and services are simple and it has an excellent location in the heart of the city, close to the central square "Plaza de los Fueros". From here it is easy to go for a walk to any point of Tudela's historical old part, such as the Cathedral, the Museum "Diocesano", the Museum "Muñoz Sola" or the Renaissance and Baroque palaces, getting lost in an pleasant route along the medieval part of this lovely town.
