The principal aim of this winery, since its foundation in 1900, has been the elaboration of sweet (dulces) wines, though they also produce red, rosé and white ones. It is a winery specialized in the difficult world of the "Muscatel of Tiny Grain" wine, a variety whose main farming area in Spain is this region. This muscatel produces complex, very aromatic and tasty wines in the mouth, as the "Moscatel Sarasate" of Corella's wineries, of excellent quality. These wineries commercialize the next brands: "Moscatel Sarasate", "Viña Rubicán" and "Marqués de Sarasate".
In the hands of Jose Daniel Ausejo, the visitor will see the production process of this peculiar type of muscatel. The visit will end with a “directed tasting”, which combines the didactic part with a few basic notions of tasting and with another more recreational and hedonistic part, which is the enjoyment of these delicate wines.
