On this restaurant's menu, season vegetables and barbecued meats are the main protagonists, a succulent and healthy combination that the owner, Ricardo Echegoyen, serves in an elegant dining room, surrounded by a calm and cosy environment. Artichokes, beans, hearts of lettuce, asparagus or peppers of "el piquillo", as first course accompany the second course, made up of tasty barbecued meat. The restaurant also offers a large wine list of this region; in fact, Murchante is a village with a great wine tradition well known for the handcrafted manufacture of wine barrels and the elaboration of famous wines, such as the “Príncipe de Viana” ones. After eating you can visit and do a tasting in the wineries or walk up to the Church of "la Asunción", which houses one of the best works of "churrigueresco" style (over decorated baroque) made by the Spanish sculptor Juan de Biniés.
