This restaurant is surrounded by a wonderful natural environment, with long pedestrian ways for walking and observing the flora and fauna that this area offers. The owner, Tomás López, opened here a contemporary restaurant which combines landscape, gastronomy and arts. You can enjoy its temporary art exhibitions, where local artists have the chance to show their works of art. Its traditional cooking highlights this region’s fresh vegetables, and this is the reason why Tomás cultivates his own garden to serve the best quality products to his guests. After eating you can go for a walk around these gardens learning a bit more about these vegetables growing process. From its menu we can also choose grilled meat and fish, as well as a wide range of wines from Navarra and La Rioja. From this restaurant, we can arrive at the wonderful Cistercian Monastery of Fitero, or relax at the Fitero’s Spa centre.
