Rural Itinere is a land of traditional and new cooking culture, of gardens and spices. It is a land of big dishes and miniature dishes, land of aromas and a delight for your taste buds, where the gastronomy is undoubtedly one of the main attractions.
Vegetables like beans (pochas), famous and unknown vegetables, confectionary with ancient recipes, passed down from the Arabs , garden fruits, high cuisine and a large variety of "pinchos" (portions of elaborated dishes) make up the gastronomic offer of Rural Itinere.
